Katie's Kids Yoga has classes for tweens and teens ages 11-18 years that are in Middle School and High School

These classes are an integration of active yoga sequences, relaxing music, partner poses, teamwork and arts & crafts. 

Children and young adults will develop flexibility, strength, focus, manage emotions as well as learn how to manage daily school stressors

These classes will emphasize breathwork, relaxation & awareness in combination with yoga
