Katie's Kids Yoga provides has classes geared for all ages, our programs that are in the different centers are a great way for kids to let out energy, develop balance, strength and confidence in a nurturing environment. Most importantly, classes allow young kids, children, tweens and teens to experience something new and different by having fun with yoga in a group setting. We incorporate art, games and activities, story-telling, and movement, mindful moments. We design a program to meet the needs of your center, library and camp programs. We also do spring break and winter camps!
We also attend and support community events and school events.
